Using Service Desk platform

TAO is using JIRA Service Desk as its ticketing system. This platform is not directly connected to TAO (i.e they do not share the same login information). In order to use  this system you will need to register to the service desk platform on (https://support.asvo.org.au/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/user/login). This platform is shared between all the ASVO Nodes and will enable you to submit tickets directly to our support team.

Using Email

You still can use email to ask for help. Please send your emails to  (TAO-Help at swin.edu.au). The helpdesk system will generate an account for you after recieving your first email.
